The particularly affordable version of a triple-walled 50-liter multipurpose vat! It is suitable for heating calf milk, cheese and yogurt production, as well as pasteurizing milk or fruit juices. The new generation of our multipurpose vats combines the unique LE effect with a new cost-saving, economical system and many other advantages for the user.

The special features of this triple-walled stainless steel vat (tabletop model) with a filling capacity of 50 liters (with a recommended maximum filling capacity of 45 liters and a recommended minimum filling capacity of 25 liters) lie in its special construction. The outer vat is made in one piece, eliminating any weld seams that could cause problems. The insulation chamber, with a wall thickness of 2.5mm, guarantees excellent insulation values, preventing the outer wall from heating up and resulting in energy losses. The unique thin wall thickness of only 1.2mm between the second and third chambers enables an extremely efficient heat transfer from the heating water temperature to the medium, thus saving a significant amount of energy and heating costs (LE effect).

On the electronic control panel, you can separately set the water temperature (up to a maximum of 99°C, depending on the desired end product) and the desired pasteurization or production time. The temperature displayed on the electronic control panel indicates the water temperature, not the temperature of the medium.
