The Milky FJ 350 EAR is a floor-standing cream separator for professional milk processing with a capacity of approximately 350 liters per hour.
Cream is poured in through a 22-liter full stainless steel vessel, and spillage is prevented thanks to locking hooks. The milk and cream outlets, container holder, and housing are also made of stainless steel. These stainless steel parts are highly hygienic and easy to clean. The electronic “SLOW START” function ensures an extremely quiet and low-noise operation despite the powerful 250W motor. Stable rubber feet provide high stability and nearly vibration-free operation and startup. The specially balanced drum, made of food-grade and anodized aluminum, processes approximately 350 liters of milk in one hour. Two different plate types prevent sticking. The cream quantity is approximately 8% to 12% of the raw milk volume. The quantity and consistency of the cream can be adjusted using the cream screw.
