This separator deserves the name 130 “LONGLIFE”. The number “130” in the name represents a capacity of 130 liters of milk per hour. The 80 W motor is rated for approximately 500 operating hours.

The LED start-up indicator switches from red to green when the correct operating speed is reached. This shows when the milk flow can be opened and the separation process can begin.

The 10-liter milk container and the milk and cream outlets are made of stainless steel, making them hygienic and easy to clean. The fixing hooks secure the milk container and prevent it from moving during operation. The specially balanced drum and its disks are made of food-grade anodized aluminum. Two different disk types, smooth and ribbed, prevent sticking.

The cream quantity is approximately 8% to 12% of the raw milk volume. The quantity and consistency of the cream can be adjusted using the cream screw. Stable rubber feet provide secure positioning during operation. 230 V power supply.
