A floor model milk centrifuge of medium size, with a capacity of 350 liters per hour, can only be found at MILKY!
It is the only machine worldwide that achieves such performance. Cream is poured in through a 22-liter full stainless steel vessel, and spillage is prevented thanks to locking hooks. The milk and cream outlets, container holder, and housing are also made of AISI 304 stainless steel. These stainless steel parts are highly hygienic and easy to clean. The electronic “SLOW START” function ensures an extremely quiet and low-noise operation despite the powerful 250W motor. Stable rubber feet provide high stability and nearly vibration-free operation and startup. The specially balanced drum, made of food-grade and anodized aluminum (a 14-micrometer film prevents rusting), processes approximately 350 liters of milk in one hour. Two different plate types prevent sticking. The cream screw allows for adjusting the cream thickness to approximately 8% to 12%, depending on the milk quality.
