Fill 1.5 -4 liters of cream into the 10-liter stainless steel cream container, but make sure not to exceed the stirring shaft of the removable stainless steel agitator. Start churning and calmly observe the progress of your butter through the unique, extra-large viewing lid. An automatic safety stop prevents accidents when opening the viewing lid during operation. The 550 W, 230 V motor offers four speed settings: 30, 60, 90 and 150 rpm. With the separate drain valve, you can easily remove the buttermilk and wash the butter.
