“LONGLIFE” is not just a phrase; it accurately describes the centrifuge. The special design ensures that the maintenance-free, low-noise, brushless, and enclosed motor, without carbon brushes, never comes into contact with water or milk, thereby greatly extending its lifespan. The external speed control allows for continuous regulation, enabling adaptation to various conditions such as power fluctuations and milk fat content, resulting in the best possible outcomes. With the help of this workhorse and the “SLOW START” technology, you can expect a throughput of approximately 600 liters of milk per hour.

Cream is poured in through a 50-liter full stainless steel vessel, which is equipped with a holder to prevent any spillage. The milk and cream outlets, inlet vessel, and housing are also made of AISI 304 stainless steel, making them easy to clean. The specially balanced drum, made of food-grade and anodized aluminum (a 14-micrometer film prevents rusting), ensures optimal performance. Two different plate types prevent sticking. The cream screw allows for adjusting the cream thickness to approximately 8% to 12%, depending on the milk quality. Stable rubber feet ensure stability.
