This separator deserves the name 130 “LONGLIFE”. The number “130” in the name represents a capacity of 130 liters of milk per hour, and “LONGLIFE” signifies a maintenance-free, low-noise, brushless, and enclosed motor without carbon brushes that never comes into contact with water or milk. It is uniquely capable of operating for up to 2000 working hours, guaranteeing 4 to 6 times longer working hours and lifespan compared to conventional centrifuges. Even electricity fluctuations are not a problem for this motor.

A world first, exclusively available from MILKY, is the new and unique LED control display. It automatically switches from red to green when the correct rotational speed is reached, ensuring the most efficient working process and delivering the best possible quality.

The 10-liter inlet container and the milk and cream outlets are made of easy-to-clean AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional hygiene and easy maintenance. Unique locking hooks prevent accidental spilling of milk. The specially balanced drum, made of food-grade and anodized aluminum (a 14-micrometer film prevents rusting), provides optimal performance. Two different plate types, smooth and ribbed, prevent sticking. The cream screw allows for adjusting the cream thickness to approximately 8% to 12%, depending on the milk quality. Stable rubber feet, suitable for table mounting as well, ensure vibration-free operation. 230V power supply.
