The special features of this triple-walled stainless steel kettle (floor model) with a capacity of 120 liters (recommended maximum filling capacity: 110 L, recommended minimum filling capacity: 30 L) lie in its special construction: The outer kettle is made in one piece to avoid problems caused by weld seams. The insulation chamber, with a wall thickness of 2.5mm, guarantees excellent insulation values and almost completely prevents heat from reaching the outer wall, thus avoiding energy losses. On the other hand, the uniquely thin wall thickness (1.2mm) between the second and third chamber enables an extremely efficient heat transfer from the heating water temperature to the medium, saving energy and heating costs (LE effect). Therefore, only about 30-35 liters of water are necessary for optimal heating.
If the kettle has insufficient heating water (e.g., due to escaped water vapor), the built-in water level control sensor causes the display to show “Please refill water.” After pressing the “RESET” button, heating water is automatically refilled, provided that the device has a continuous connection to the water supply. In case of repeated water loss, an automatic STOP occurs to check the cause.
The special electronic heating control ensures that the heating water temperature is always only a maximum of 15°C higher than the medium temperature. Therefore, the deviation between the display and the medium temperature is maximum plus/minus 1°C, resulting in significant energy and heating cost savings (LE effect).
With the easy-to-use membrane keypad, you can enter up to 4 different programs in the electronic control. The temperature setting allows you to set up to 4 temperatures ranging from 5°C to 94°C, and up to 4 cycle times can be programmed for up to 999 minutes. Multiple consecutive production processes can also be pre-programmed and automated, eliminating the need for constant supervision. Manual intervention (e.g., to shorten a cycle time) is possible at any time. The kettle heats up until the temperature control reaches the desired temperature, which is then maintained until the end of the cycle time. After the process is completed, there is an automatic shut-off. Through automatic cooling by water exchange, the medium is cooled to the desired temperature, and the pre-programmed next step of processing is automatically initiated. The automatic mixer with speed control operates at 0-104 rpm, ensuring even heating of the medium, and can be turned on or off at any time. No retrofitting is necessary for cheese production. After the production process is completed, the liquid product is drained through a large DN 50 outlet.
