This cream separator deserves the name “130 LONGLIFE”. The number “130” represents a capacity of 130 liters of milk per hour, and “LONGLIFE” refers to a maintenance-free, quiet, brushless, and enclosed motor without carbon brushes that never comes into contact with water or milk, and, uniquely worldwide, operates for up to 2000 working hours. This guarantees 4-6 times longer working hours/lifespan compared to conventional centrifuges. With this motor, electricity fluctuations are not a problem either.
A world first, exclusively available from MILKY, is the new and unique LED control display. It automatically switches from red to green when the correct rotational speed is reached. The working process starts at the most efficient point, ensuring the highest possible quality!

The inlet container, milk, and cream outlets are made of plastic, while the 10-liter full milk container is made of easy-to-clean stainless steel AISI 304, which is particularly hygienic. Unique locking hooks prevent accidental spilling of milk. The drum, specially balanced at the 0 point, is made of food-grade and anodized aluminum (a 14-micrometer film prevents rusting). Two different types of disks, smooth and ribbed, prevent sticking together. With the cream screw, the cream thickness can be adjusted to approximately 8% to 12% depending on the milk quality. Sturdy rubber feet, suitable for table mounting, ensure vibration-free operation.
