Depending on the cream temperature and fat content of the milk this machine only needs between 20 and 35 minutes. Fill 10 to 25 liters of cream into the 50 liter stainless steel cream container, maximum up to the agitator of the removable stainless steel agitator and start churning with the churning. Through the unique, extra-large viewing lid, you can follow the churning process at your leisure. An automatic safety STOP when lid during operation prevents accidents. The multistage 750 W, 230 V motor allows for shorter or longer or longer buttering times. With the separate drain cock the buttermilk is simply drained, the butter is washed and your high quality product is ready. All parts are made of food grade stainless steel.
