Depending on the cream temperature and milk fat content, this machine requires between 20 and 40 minutes for one operation. Fill the 100-liter stainless steel cream container with 15 to 50 liters of cream, but no more than up to the agitator axis. Through the viewing window, you can calmly observe when your butter is ready. An automatic safety stop prevents accidents when opening the viewing lid during operation. The extremely powerful 1100W, 230V motor allows for shorter or longer buttering times through speed regulation. With the separate drain valve, the buttermilk is easily drained, the butter is washed, and your high-quality product is ready.
